Position: SOUS CHEF (CLUB)

About: At Spruce Peak, located in the picturesque Green Mountains in Vermont, The Club at Spruce Peak is seeking a dedicated and talented Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the preparation of food aligns with Spruce Peak’s high standards and delivers exceptional service to guests and colleagues. Requirements: College degree and Culinary degree or ACF certification preferred; 3-5 years of cooking experience in a fine-dining restaurant; Ability to handle food, objects, products, and utensils; Ability to bend, stoop and kneel; Experience in high-volume establishments; Excellent communication skills; Technical proficiency (computer applications); Attention to detail; Strong organizational and time management discipline; Operate effectively in stressful situations; Ability to adapt to changing needs
