About: Our client is seeking a passionate and growth-oriented Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen Manager to join their Culinary Team and Hospitality Family, responsible for leading and developing kitchen operations to achieve employee retention, sales growth, profitability, and exceptional quality products. Requirements: Desire and drive to lead and manage people; ServSafe certified for both Chicago and Illinois; Culinary/Hospitality Degree preferred but not necessary; At least 2 years of full-service kitchen experience (management not required); Organizational Skills and Cleanliness are a must; Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
