The Sous Chef is responsible for the food quality and execution of catering by participating in the creation and prep of all menu items.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in a high-volume restaurant; demonstrated ability to lead a team; knowledge of food recipes and production standards; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong time-management skills; ability to ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards; experience with inventory management and purchasing; familiarity with kitchen equipment maintenance
