Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, catering experience is a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience is highly desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computer applications like Microsoft Office; willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs; ServSafe certified is highly desirable
