Position: Sous Chef- Buffet

About: Palms is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team, reporting to the Executive Chef, responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations, food preparation, and exceeding guest expectations. The role involves supervising kitchen personnel, controlling food and labor costs, and maintaining cleanliness and equipment in accordance with company policies.

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of three (3) years of experience in kitchen operations; Demonstrated experience in developing department goals and action plans; Must be able to obtain a Health Card
