Position: Sous Chef/Banquet Chef
About: Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Sous Chef/Banquet Chef to join the team at the soon-to-open Glendale, AZ location. Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company with high-speed indoor Karting, Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and restaurants/event spaces in multiple states.
Requirements: Experience leading high-volume kitchens; strong written & verbal communication skills; High School Diploma or equivalent; strong organizational skills; ability to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends; eligible to work in the United States; at least 18 years of age.
