Position: Sous Chef/Banquet Chef
About: Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, located in Glendale, AZ, is looking for a detail-oriented Sous Chef/Banquet Chef to lead their culinary department and ensure operational excellence in a high-speed entertainment venue with karting, VR simulators, arcade fun, and event spaces.
Requirements: Experience leading high-volume kitchens; Strong written & verbal communication skills; High School Diploma or equivalent; Strong organizational skills; Availability to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends; Eligibility to work in the United States; At least 18 years of age
