Position: Sous Chef – AYCE Buffet
About: Palms Casino Resort is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. The Sous Chef will report to the Executive Chef/Room Chef and will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen personnel, food preparation and presentation, cost control, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction with food quality and presentation.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of three (3) years of experience in kitchen operation; Demonstrated experience in developing department goals and action plans; Must be able to obtain a Southern Nevada Health District Health Card
