Position: Sous Chef – AYCE Buffet

About: The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas is seeking a diligent and experienced Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and presentation, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum of three (3) years of kitchen operation experience; demonstrated experience in setting department goals; must be able to obtain a Southern Nevada Health District Health Card
