Position: Sous Chef at Summit Grill
About: Summit Grill Kitchen & Cocktails is a new local restaurant company committed to creating a strong culture focused on prioritizing associates, delivering a world-class guest experience, and ensuring a fun environment. We are currently seeking a professional Sous Chef to join our team as the second in command in the kitchen, working closely with our Executive Chef to maintain and improve customer satisfaction through culinary expertise and leadership.
Requirements: Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; Excellent record of kitchen and staff management; Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions; Familiarity with industry best practices; Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS); BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
