About: Berkeley Dining, part of the Division of Student Affairs at the University of California, Berkeley, is a self-operated dining program focused on culinary excellence and supporting the living/learning environment of its customers. With over 12,000 meal plan holders, Berkeley Dining serves more than 5 million meals annually across various dining facilities on campus.
Requirements: Requires verbal and written communication in English, active listening, dynamic flexibility, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management; decision-making and problem-solving skills; intermediate to advanced knowledge of food production; experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance; strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation; ability to follow recipes; experience in directing staff; computer skills; high school diploma or equivalent
