Position: Sous Chef

About: Working alongside the Executive Chef at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Sous Chef who will be responsible for assisting the executive chef in the planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in the daily activities of food preparation in all the kitchens and banquet operations. Assists the Executive Chef to provide the highest quality of food within cost percentage of The Peninsula Beverly Hills.

Requirements: Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment; Strong communication skills; An open and flexible schedule with the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships to ensure an exquisite dining experience for all hotel guests; Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
