Position: Sous Chef $22-$26 (Full-Time)
About: Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 25 properties across Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana. Requirements: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age; You may have at least three (3) years of experience in senior housing or a related field (preferred, not required); You must have demonstrated skills, knowledge, and competency in leadership, training, and supervision; You must possess proficient written and oral communication skills with other members of management, professionals, and support staff; You must have completed formal culinary, food service, or restaurant training or have an equivalent amount of full-time supervisory or management-level work experience; You must be comfortable creating, modifying, and printing word processing and spreadsheet documents using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; You must be able to send, receive, and forward e-mail; You must be physically active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day; You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds; You must be comfortable working in close contact with extreme temperatures, including cooking surfaces and walk-in freezers; You will primarily work indoors but also be available to work outside for events; You must be criminally cleared.
