Position: Solid Waste and Recycling Laborer Extra Driver
About: The City of Cedar Rapids is looking to hire a dedicated Solid Waste Recycling Laborer Extra Driver. The ideal candidate will assist in the collection of solid waste and recycling materials, and provide timely, courteous, and efficient curbside collections to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in waste management or related field preferred; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate collection trucks and perform physical labor tasks; strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations
