About: Dave & Busters is currently seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Dave & Busters, you will welcome and engage all guests by providing exceptional service, guiding groups through collaborative activities and games, and being the knowledge master of the game types to ensure the best guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to provide exceptional guest service; knowledge of game types and ability to provide tips and tricks to guests
