Position: Social Bay Concierge
About: Dave and Busters is currently seeking a Guest Service / Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for all guests. As a Concierge at Dave and Busters, you will welcome and engage guests, guide them through activities and games, share knowledge about game types, offer tips and tricks, determine the best games for groups, and assist guests with service and basic technical inquiries.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or hospitality preferred; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide outstanding guest service and engage with different groups effectively
