About: Dave & Busters is currently seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Dave & Busters, you will welcome and engage all guests by providing exceptional service, guide groups of guests through collaborative activities and games, be the knowledge master of game types, provide tips and tricks for the best guest experience, determine the best games for groups based on their needs, and support guests with service and basic technical questions.
