Position: Social Bay Concierge
About: Dave & Busters is currently seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Dave & Busters, you will welcome and engage all guests by providing exceptional service, guide groups through collaborative activities and games, be knowledgeable about game types, provide tips to guests, determine the best games for groups, and support guests with service and basic technical questions.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in guest service or front desk roles preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
