About: Dave & Busters is currently seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Dave & Busters, you will welcome and engage all guests, guide groups through activities and games, provide game knowledge, and offer support to guests with service and technical inquiries.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills; ability to engage and guide guests effectively; strong knowledge of game types and ability to provide tips and tricks for the best guest experience; adept at understanding guest needs and recommending suitable games; basic technical troubleshooting skills
