Position: Social Bay Concierge
About: Dave & Buster’s, a renowned entertainment and dining destination, is seeking a Social Bay Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences in their interactive Social Bays. This role involves guiding and engaging guests in fun and competitive games while ensuring top-notch service.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; able to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends; capable of handling a fast-paced and noisy environment; proficient in reading and writing; able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds; comfortable standing for extended periods; skilled in effective communication with guests; adheres to company’s dress code policies
