Position: Snug Harbor Restaurant Chef
About: Snug Harbor, a renowned Southern Hills Country Club restaurant in the midst of a multi-million-dollar renovation transforming into a year-round ‘fast casual’ dining destination, is seeking a talented and innovative Snug Harbor Restaurant Chef to lead its kitchen team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality food production in alignment with the club’s standards, and contributing creatively to seasonal menu development.
Requirements: A degree from an accredited culinary school and/or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years culinary experience); ability to demonstrate creativity in food selection, preparation, and presentation; adept at problem-solving under pressure; basic computer skills (typing, Word, printing); ACF Certification preferred
