Position: Snowbird, Chef Year Round – Forklift
About: Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, Snowbird is a unique resort nestled in the middle of the Wasatch Mountain Range. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in related field or equivalent work experience; 3-5 years of job-specific experience; at least 21 years of age; Food Handler Permit required; ability to work in various kitchen stations effectively; strong leadership and management skills; familiarity with P&L analysis; computer proficiency in Word and Excel; experience in a restaurant with 200 plus seats; prior hotel and resort experience preferred
