Position: Snowbird, Chef Year Round – Forklift
About: Snowbird is a unique resort located in the middle of the Wasatch Mountain Range in Salt Lake City, Utah. The resort offers full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions for individuals who share a passion for the mountains and the outdoors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in a related field preferred; 3-5 years of job-specific work experience; must be at least 21 years of age; Food Handler Permit required; ability to work all stations in the kitchen; strong interpersonal and leadership skills; experience in a restaurant with 200 plus seats; hotel and resort experience preferred; prior management and training experience required; computer knowledge of Word and Excel; ability to analyze monthly P&L; must be able to lift 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time; must have strong communication and problem-solving skills
