Position: Snow Park Assistant Sous Chef – Winter 2024 – 25
About: Deer Valley Resort, nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah and located in the historic mining town of Park City, is seeking an Assistant Sous Chef to join its diverse workforce of locals, transplants, seasonal workers, and international students. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary industry; Possession of a current Utah state food handler’s permit or SafeServe Certificate; Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs; Capability to withstand frequent up/down, twisting, and repetitive movements
