Position: Smokehouse Line Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience as a line cook or similar role (BBQ or smoked meat experience is a plus); strong knowledge of grilling, smoking, and general cooking techniques; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards; team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
