Position: Slot Operations Supervisor
About: The Slot Supervisor supervises the daily operation of a shift including Slot Ambassadors and Slot Technicians. The Slot Supervisor also assists guests in every way possible to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment; Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older; Associate’s Degree in Related field– required, OR Two (2) years’ Supervisory experience– required, OR One (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a PCI Gaming Department– required, OR Two (2) years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department– required; Two (2) years Slot Supervisory experience- required; Word and Excel skills required (a skills test will be administered and must successfully pass with a 70% or above)- required; Must successfully take and pass a timed math skills test; Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition; Must be able to walk for the duration of the shift and at times may have to bend, stoop and kneel; Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds required; Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, promotions and holidays; Willing and able to travel and participate in training as recommended or required; Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
