Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; 1+ Years of Prior Relevant guest service experience; 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience handling multi-line phones; 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge; Multi-lingual; Experience in a similar resort setting; Familiar with Forbes/5 Star Standards
