Position: Site Security Manager
About: At EdgeCore, security is a mission-critical role that ensures the integrity, safety, and seamless operations of data center campuses. The position involves overseeing security systems, driving compliance, and managing a team of security officers in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes working closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to create a secure and professional environment.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large data center environment, with a strong understanding of security operations and protocols; Proven expertise in managing security for data centers under construction; A people-focused leader who fosters a collaborative, team-first culture and enjoys mentoring and developing security personnel; Strong adaptability to dynamic work environments; Basic proficiency in written and verbal communication; First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus; Fundamental knowledge of security operating expenses budgets
