About: Gopuff, a leading on-demand delivery service, is seeking a Site Manager to join the Field Operations team. This role requires a self-starting and entrepreneurial leader to oversee facility operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading a blended workforce; Retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong skills in conflict resolution and team development; Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite; Ability to lead in a dynamic environment; Proven track record of process improvement; Availability for flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds
