Position: Site HR Business Partner
About: The Site HR Business Partner at Lowe’s provides consultative support and partnership to the leaders and associates at assigned sites, driving critical human capital initiatives and associated business results. This role leads a team responsible for HR initiatives focusing on associate engagement, workforce management, performance management, talent development, and more, impacting overall business performance and engagement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; 6 years of HR experience with increased responsibility; 4 years of HR generalist experience; 4 years of leadership experience; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
