Requirements: Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between 10am-8pm weekly; at least 2 years of previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferred; performance background with at least 3 years of performance experience, professionally or in school; strong time management skills; excellent customer service and communication skills; knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial.
