Position: Signature Fine Dining Culinary – Full Time
About: Artists, visionaries, and storytellers come together in the Signature Dining team at Disneyland Resort. Led by Culinary Director Chef Andrew Sutton, this team offers exceptional growth opportunities for professional chefs, culinarians, and craftsmen in a fine dining setting. Working at fine dining locations like Carthay Circle or Club 33 within the theme parks, Cast Members create unique culinary experiences using the best ingredients, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in the culinary field/high-volume restaurant or culinary degree and 3 years of related experience; strong communication, proven leadership, and interpersonal skills; experience in coaching and motivating employees; ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly; proven ability to create, read, and understand recipes; strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment; positive, friendly attitude towards guests and team members; motivation and encouragement of team members through daily coaching; excellent guest service skills and ability to handle service recovery; passion and enthusiasm for culinary work; knowledge of culinary techniques, terminology, and food safety practices; food safety certification or equivalent; ability to work with technology and flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events; must be at least 18 years of age.
