Position: Shop Production Manager $5k Sign on Bonus
About: Clean Harbors, a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services in Springfield, MO, is seeking a Shop Manager for their tank trailer manufacturing facility. The role involves supervising a team responsible for stainless-steel tank and trailer manufacturing, including custom fabrication, welding, safety, inventory management, and employee mentorship.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years’ experience supervising a team in a Tank Truck, Heavy Equipment, or Truck Fleet shop environment; familiarity with ASME code U, R Stamp repairs and welding; strong computer skills and ability to use web-based software; valid driver’s license
