Position: Shipboard Director of Food & Beverage
About: Four Seasons Yacht I is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to join their team onboard the spectacular yacht, managing all dining operations with a focus on delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences.
Requirements: A Hospitality Management Degree is preferred, however not mandatory, with relevant experience in Leadership Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or diplomas in culinary arts, food and beverage management, wine certification, or related areas are considered ideal. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role. Proven experience in luxury hospitality, yacht, or luxury cruise line operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated record of accomplishment of successful leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. Must have exceptional communication skills and command of English language. Must be fully versed with food & beverage operational systems.
