Position: Shift Supervisor – Car Rental
About: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Shift Supervisor to join their team. The role involves overseeing employees, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining productivity standards, and providing mentorship to new staff members. The position may also involve covering other roles as needed to meet customer demands and acting as the site manager when required.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years; At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in customer service or operations; Strong communication and leadership skills; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
