Position: Shift Supervisor – Car Rental
About: Hertz Car Rental, a company based in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will also provide guidance to new employees and be flexible to cover various roles when necessary, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years; At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in customer service or operations; Strong communication and leadership skills; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
