Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused shop; Food Safety Certification course completion within 45 days; strong time-management skills; 80-90% of shift on the floor; lift at least 30 pounds; well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours; confident knife handling skills
