Requirements: Managers lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and managers, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety, security, profitability, and communicate effectively. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with flexible schedules, 18 years or older to be a manager.
