Position: Shift Manager II
About: The Manager II (MGRII) position at HMSHost is responsible for assisting Branch management in the tactical execution of complex QSR or Casual Dine or similar restaurant management operations. The role ensures high operational standards, cleanliness, staff readiness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week; knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards; minimum of 4 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience; minimum of 2 years supervisory or lead experience in a Casual Dine restaurant or production kitchen; excellent communication skills
