Position: Shift Manager I
About: Offerdahl’s Cafe, located at HMSHost at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Terminal 1, Concourse C, Gate C02, 100 Terminal Drive, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315, is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to assist in executing QSR or similar restaurant management operations. This role ensures the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards following prescribed policies and procedures.
Requirements: Ability to work shifts during various operating days and hours each week; knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards; minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience; minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen; ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
