Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a managerial position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but is a separate entity and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers monitor performance, safety, and profitability, communicate effectively, and manage various tasks including food safety, inventory, and quality production. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Must be 18 years or older for management roles in corporate-owned McDonald’s locations.
