Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee that collaborates with McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products within the restaurant. Please note that the franchisee is a separate entity and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure excellent customer Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Tasks include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage owner-operated restaurants.
