As a Shift Manager in our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of shifts, achieving sales and profit goals, executing procedures, and providing exceptional guest and team service. Your support to the General Manager will help us maintain our position as the 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.
Requirements: 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR); basic math skills; ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours; high energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment; commitment to core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow
