Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Please note that the franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety, security, profitability, and communicate effectively. Additional responsibilities include food safety, internal communication, inventory management, cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule and be at least 18 years old to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
