Position: Shift Leader
About: We are currently seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join our teams in the areas of Wynwood. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing the staff, raw materials, and facilities to ensure the proper functioning of the Restaurant in accordance with company procedures, promoting team involvement and optimizing resources.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry; knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work well under pressure; detail-oriented and organized; familiarity with cash handling procedures
