Position: Shift Lead-HOH
About: The restaurant is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company standards in recipes, procedures, quality, timeliness, and guest care. The focus is on maintaining cleanliness, high service standards, and financial results while fostering personal and professional growth within a culture of excellence and exceptional guest service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Valid driver’s license and car insurance required; Successful completion of required training and certifications, including NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred; 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred; Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; Detail-oriented with a passion for teaching others; Effective communication skills with guests, team members, and vendors; Superior guest service skills; Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol safety, and computer operations preferred
