Position: Shift Lead-FOH
About: The Shift Leader position at a restaurant involves overseeing restaurant operations and personnel during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to company standards in recipes, procedures, quality, timeliness, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Education/Certifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; Valid driver’s license and car insurance required; Successful completion of required training and certifications including NRA ServSafe food and alcohol certifications preferred. Experience: 2 years of restaurant or equivalent experience preferred. Skills/Competencies: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills required; Internally motivated and detail-oriented; Ability to communicate effectively; Superior guest service skills; Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; Working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, alcohol safety, and computer operations preferred.
