About: The position offers additional support to the management team and covers peak periods or the absence of a Manager. It involves leading and coaching team members, impacting sales and profits, and providing support for the Front of House and Heart of House Teams.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restaurant operations; knowledge of sanitation, food safety, security procedures; basic mathematical skills; familiarity with responsible alcohol service procedures; customer service skills; conflict management abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to follow specific service guidelines
