Position: Services and Business Operations Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree required; strong analytical problem-solving skills and initiative-taker; multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; ability to work independently in a team atmosphere and cooperatively; prior experience in the event industry, specifically Accommodations, Catering; clear, concise written messages through memos, email, and reports, as well as excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; experience in a fast-paced challenging environment supporting multiple individuals across a varied portfolio of responsibilities; strong strategic thinking and sport/business acumen with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results; experience in remote work; ability to deal with confidential company matters; proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint); experience in holding a role which included end-to-end contract development, execution, and management, establishing procurement agreements, fit-for-purpose Request for Proposals (RFP) and negotiations.
