Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry preferred; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; knowledge of food safety regulations and liquor laws; ability to manage and motivate a team effectively; understanding of financial aspects of running a restaurant
